Public-first
Infrastructure data belongs to the public bodies that paid for it. We build so agencies keep ownership of what we produce for them.
Employee-owned in purpose
We are building a firm where the people delivering the work share in its results, and we have structured the company to make that possible as the team grows.

Nine years in civil engineering, including three consecutive years on DART's bus stop improvement program, where she co-authored the technical approach behind the current contract. How we deliver
CIC is a technology and assessment firm. We produce assessment, documentation, data, and program management. Where a deliverable requires a professional engineer's seal, that seal is provided by the prime or a licensed subconsultant on the project team.
Working with us
We team with primes on transit and municipal pursuits, and work directly with agencies on accessibility and asset programs.
